She combines strategic thinking with hands-on support to streamline systems, strengthen operations, and elevate the client experience.
Beyond business operations, Katelynn finds joy in yoga, time with her beloved pups, and the creative pursuit of pottery. This balance between professional dedication and personal passions infuses her work—and The CEO’s Assistant culture—with empathy, collaboration, and a focus on well-being.

Carley Duquette
Carley is an early-career professional with growing experience in executive assistance, operations, and client support, strengthened by her extensive background in customer service. She is recognized for her creativity, organizational skills, and resourcefulness, ensuring projects and details run smoothly for the leaders she supports.
Outside of work, Carley enjoys traveling, dancing, culinary projects, and creating meaningful memories with her family, friends, and dog.

Natalie Heil
Natalie is an operations and client success professional with expertise in administration, real estate, and customer experience. She has supported some of the world’s top leadership coaches and bestselling authors, known for her organizational excellence, quick learning, and ability to streamline processes while building lasting client relationships.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys golfing, trying new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and hanging out with her pup.

Brittany Slater
Brittany is an experienced executive assistant, paralegal, and operations manager turned digital entrepreneur and content creator. With more than a decade of professional expertise she has supported executives across law, healthcare, and corporate sectors, known for her organizational excellence, adaptability, and ability to manage complex schedules, reporting, and operations with precision.
